We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective or damaged upon receipt.
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 15 days of receipt. Send an email to info@edgedesignctr.com with details of the product and the defect or damage. We will then provide instructions on how to proceed with returning or replacing the item.
Please note that items must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as you received them.
Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you via email of the status of your refund or replacement.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

In-Stock Items: Typically ship within 1 week via standard shipping.
Ordered Items: Expected to arrive in the U.S. within 3-4 weeks, followed by standard shipping to your location.
Tracking: A tracking number will be provided once your shears are prepared for shipment.

Cost: $50 +tax
Duration: 24 months
Coverage: Free hardware replacement + 2 free sharpenings + 20% off additional sharpenings
3. Opulent Shield
Cost: $100 +tax
Duration: 36 months
Coverage: Free hardware replacement + 3 free sharpenings + 20% off additional sharpenings + 10% off replacement shears
4. Shear Eternité
Cost: $150
Duration: Lifetime of the shears
Coverage: Full shear replacement if damaged + free lifetime sharpening
This insurance plan provides coverage for your hair shears, offering a free replacement of the mechanics (screws, bumpers, etc.) and one-time free sharpening service in case of damage or wear and tear.
Coverage Details:
1. Hardware Replacement: If your hair shears become damaged or broken due to accidental causes, we will replace essential hardware components (screws, bumpers, etc.) free of charge. This coverage applies for the duration of your selected plan.
2. Sharpening Service: We understand the importance of sharp hair shears for professional hair stylists. This service is available from the date of policy purchase.
· Plans 1, 2, and 3 include one free sharpening during the coverage period.
· Plan 4 (Shear Eternité) includes free lifetime sharpening (up to four times per year).
Coverage Exclusions:
1. Intentional damage or misuse of hair shears is not covered.
2. Damage caused by improper care, including dropping the shears, exposure to moisture, rust, or lack of maintenance, is not covered.
3. Loss or theft of hair shears is not covered.
How to Make a Claim:
1. Email info@edgedesignctr.com with your policy number, the details of the damage (attach photos for faster processing), or sharpening needs.
2. We will provide return instructions for your shears for replacement or sharpening.
3. Once we receive the shears, we will process the replacement or sharpening service.
Estimated Processing Time: 7-10 business days from the date we receive your shears for in stock items.
